(1) No defect is permitted that is likely to weaken the completed cylinder appreciably. A reasonably smooth and uniform surface area complete is needed. The shell portion need to be a fairly real cylinder.(2) Confirm compliance of cylinder shells with all shell specifications; inspect within in advance of closing in both ends; verify warmth treatme
